Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 4–8 years of experience on $15–30M projects in a superintendent role.
• OSHA 30-hour certified.
• STS-C Certification and First Aid/CPR/AED training.
• Or equivalent education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subs to meet schedule.
• Develops, documents, and communicates the field work plan for changes.
• Maintains contract documents and anticipates potential problems.
• Leads contractor meetings and manages daily reports.
• Plans and manages jobsite logistics and safety programs.
• Mentors field engineers and assists in scopes of work.
