Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management.
• 12–18 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Assumes overall accountability for jobsite safety.
• Assumes overall accountability for meeting contract requirements.
• Verifies accuracy of project financial forecast, notices, and billings to meet contract requirements.
• Ensures team creates a project-specific quality plan aligned with owner contract documents.
• Leads multiple project teams, guiding direction, schedule, and financial outcomes.
• Negotiates all aspects of contracts and oversees buyout process on all projects.
