Job summary

Quality Technology Services (QTS) seeks a Development Program Manager for Data Center Construction to lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on a campus project. You will work daily with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and operations staff to keep programs on track.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Science or Engineering and 8+ years in commercial construction, with experience in design-build delivery and budget management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint for executive updates and Excel for budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, pre-construction and construction activities on campus projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules and status reports for each project.
• Coordinate with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, Commissioning Agents, Vendors and Data Center Operations staff.
• Develop master development programs for sites, including campus design solutions and capital budgets.
• Review pay applications and change order requests from contractors.
