Job summary

QTS Realty Trust is seeking a Development Program Manager (Data Center Construction) to lead design, pre-construction and construction on multiple projects, coordinating with Facilities, Contractors, Designers, Engineers, and Operations.

You will manage budgets, schedules, and status reports, develop master development programs, entitlement and permitting, and collaborate with procurement and sales to support custom deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Eight or more years of professional experience in commercial construction practices and procedures.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel) for executive updates.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, pre-construction and construction activities on multiple projects.
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and status reports for each campus.
• Create and present monthly program updates for executives.
• Develop master development programs, including site design and capital budgets.
• Manage entitlement and permitting needs for assigned sites.
• Coordinate with procurement, design, and operations to support project delivery.
