Cumming Group is seeking a Project Manager with 3+ years in project management, engineering, or construction management to support a diverse portfolio in the United States.

Responsibilities include constructability reviews, value engineering, scheduling, pay apps, RFIs/submittals, QA/QC, and contract compliance coordination with stakeholders. BS in Construction Management or related field is required.

Qualifications

• BS in Construction Management or related field required.
• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Assist project management with constructability review and value engineering.
• Support scheduling, pay apps, Addenda and bid processes.
• Conduct pre-bid and job start meetings under supervision.
• Monitor contract compliance and document concerns.
• Prepare field reports and participate in QA/QC.
• Review changes, RFIs and submittals for completeness.
