Job summary

Cumming Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for Data Center Construction. You will assist the project management team with constructability reviews, scheduling, and bid processes, under supervision, contributing to on-site execution and documentation.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with various parts of the project such as constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
• Assist in formulating the design, bid, and project phase of scheduling.
• Assist in the Addenda and Bid process.
• Under supervision of Project Manager, conduct pre-bid and job start meetings.
• Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
