Cumming Group is seeking a capable Project Management support professional to assist with constructability reviews, value engineering, pay applications, and scheduling. You will work under a Project Manager to ensure contract compliance and timely project milestones.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with constructability review, value engineering, pay app reviews, schedule development, FF&E program development and execution.
• Assist in formulating design, bid, and project phase scheduling.
• Assist in Addenda and Bid process.
• Conduct pre-bid and job start meetings under supervision.
• Monitor contract compliance and report concerns to Project Manager.
• Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
• Oversee approvals from government agencies and document them.
• Assist with close out activities and building occupancy tasks.
• Prepare field reports for Project Manager review.
• Perform QA/QC processes.
• Review change orders and RFIs/Submittals for conformance.
