Cumming Group is seeking a Technical Project Manager for Data Center Construction at a USA client site in Missouri. The role focuses on leading project scope, schedule, and cost across complex data center initiatives, coordinating with cost management teams, and driving design and permitting processes to meet client goals.

Key responsibilities include value engineering, on-site stakeholder management, and developing projections for cost and revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience planning, managing, and coordinating all aspects of project scope and cost for multiple projects.
• Ability to monitor and re-evaluate scope throughout the project and recommend adjustments when necessary.
• Experience collaborating with cost management to provide accurate estimates, cost studies, and budget reconciliation.
• Experience with Value Engineering and design management.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and coordinate all aspects of the project schedule, scope, and cost.
• Value engineer the project by identifying savings opportunities and substitutions.
• Manage on-site project stakeholders and communications.
• Prepare Project Management plan and fee budget/proposal at project outset.
• Develop action plans and lead project team through lifecycle.
• Coordinate with cost management for cost estimates and budget reconciliation.
• Drive the permitting process and ensure compliance with design standards.
• Oversee the entitlement process for unoccupied sites and zoning.
