We seek a motivated Project Coordinator to assist the PM team with scheduling, value engineering, and document control, contributing to successful project delivery.

The role requires a BS in construction-related field and at least 3 years of PM/Engineering experience.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field
• Experience: 3+ years in Project Management, engineering, or construction management

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with constructability review, value engineering, and pay app reviews
• Support schedule development, FF&E program development and execution
• Participate in pre-bid and job start meetings and track contract compliance
• Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes under PM supervision
• Review change orders, RFIs, and submittals for completeness
• Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management
• Review As Built drawings and assist with close-out activities
