Job summary

Cumming Group in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a Project Management professional to support scheduling, QA/QC, and document control across construction projects. You will assist the project management team with constructability reviews, value engineering, pay apps, and meeting coordination.

The role requires 3+ years in construction management, a BS in a related field, and strong communication and teamwork skills. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Education: BS in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or related field.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in Project Management, engineering, or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with scheduling, constructability reviews, value engineering, pay app reviews, and FF&E program development.
• Prepare field reports and meeting minutes; monitor contract compliance and document approvals.
• Review RFIs/Submittals for completeness and conformance to standards.
• Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management.
• Attend pre-bid and job start meetings; support project closeout activities.
