Job summary

Cumming Group in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Project Management professional with 3+ years of experience to support scheduling, cost control, and QA/QC across diverse projects. You will assist in constructability reviews, value engineering, and bid processes while coordinating with multiple stakeholders to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

We value clear communication, rigorous documentation, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Education in construction or related field is required.
• Strong reading of project documents and blueprints.
• Experience coordinating with project teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and schedules concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Assist the project management team with constructability review, value engineering, pay apps, schedule development, and FF&E program execution.
• Support design, bid, and project phase scheduling and addenda/bid processes.
• Assist in pre-bid and job start meetings; monitor contract compliance and report concerns.
• Facilitate job site meetings and prepare meeting minutes; document government approvals.
• Prepare field reports; perform QA/QC; review change orders and RFIs/submittals for completeness.
• Provide basic CPM scheduling and budget management; review As Built drawings.
