Job summary

Actalent is seeking a Business Development Manager with deep data center industry experience to lead strategic sales of project management, construction management, engineering and design services. The role focuses on expanding Actalent Services’ data center capabilities to national clients, with travel as needed and in-office presence when not traveling.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record selling engineering/design and construction services to OEMs, AECs, or utilities within the data

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of sales and new business development.

Responsibilities

• Identify new services opportunities within target accounts.
• Provide subject-matter expertise on engineering, construction management and data center services.
• Use consultative selling to grow market share and increase deal sizes.
• Expand current account relationships and win new logos across data center clients.
• Navigate contracts, negotiations, and internal/external QBRs with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, Finance, and HR for large account setups.
• Lead with relationship-building, organizational agility and executive-level communication.
