Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager for the Data Center Mission Critical Group. You will lead relationship-building with key clients, uncover new opportunities, and shape strategic proposals with technical experts across the organization.

The role supports remote work within the US or any US office location, with travel 50–75% to engage clients and coordinate opportunities. A background in engineering consulting and proven client development is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field is required.
Typically 6 years of relevant experience with engineering/consulting or power utility desirable.
2 years of business development success with Data Center Mission Critical is required.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills for all stakeholder levels.
Proven track record of developing and maintaining clients.
Experience presenting to potential clients and responding to RFQs.

Responsibilities

Manage client relationships and act as a primary contact for assigned clients.
Identify new business and marketing opportunities; develop client-specific plans.
Develop and update annual sales forecast to meet goals.
Collaborate with technical teams to craft key proposals and coordinate efforts.
