Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in business development in electrical sectors and strong negotiation skills. The position offers a base salary of $180K with an OTE of $250K, performance-based bonuses, and clear progression within a high-growth market.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in business development or sales within electrical or mission‑critical environments.
• Proven track record of winning new business and developing client relationships.
• Experience within data centers or closely related infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition across data center and mission‑critical infrastructure projects.
• Develop and manage relationships with hyperscale, colocation, and enterprise clients.
• Collaborate with engineering and delivery teams to position electrical solutions effectively.
