Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction, or engineering or related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience on large building construction or civil projects.
• Knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, delivery systems, and components.
• CMIT and EIT certifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior project managers in all aspects of project management.
• Prepare RFPs and solicit proposals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts.
• Coordinate design and construction teams and governance.
• Conduct field quality control and ensure successful project turnover.
