Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence or Sales Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Pharmaceutical sector background required.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar).
• Strong Sales Force Effectiveness and KPIs knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Data / Business Excellence Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Collect, consolidate and analyze commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Develop, maintain and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL and other reporting platforms.
• Transform complex datasets into clear business insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and commercial KPIs.
• Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators, identifying opportunities to improve field force productivity and execution.
• Analyze CRM performance and customer engagement metrics, recommending initiatives to improve HCP interactions and omnichannel effectiveness.
• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence teams to understand business needs and translate them into actionable analyses.
• Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
• Proactively identify trends, risks and business opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and business-oriented manner.

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence, Business Intelligence or Sales Analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Professionnal Background in the Pharmaceutical sector
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar).
• Strong understanding of Sales Force Effectiveness methodologies and commercial KPIs.
• Experience analyzing customer engagement and omnichannel performance.
• Ability to transform business questions into analytical models and actionable recommendations.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
