Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy to drive the strategy, development, and governance of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting. You will partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into actionable insights.

You will shape AI-enabled analytics, monitor dashboard performance, and lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and data teams to deliver timely, high-value reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6–8 years related experience with at least 3 years using SQL to build Power BI dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs and translate business questions into insights.
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases (trend analysis, anomaly detection, NL insights).
• Embed AI insights and leading indicators into dashboards and reviews.
• Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendors to ensure reliable integrations and timely delivery.
• Manage external Power BI/analytics vendors and ensure performance.
• Maintain governance standards for KPI definitions, data quality, privacy, and access.
• Monitor dashboard usage and AI performance; drive enhancements.
• Provide training to increase adoption of Power BI and AI-enabled analytics.

Senior Manager, Commercial Reporting Strategy

Responsibilities:

• Lead strategy, development, and continuous improvement of Power BI dashboards and commercial reporting solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define reporting needs, prioritize requests, and turn business questions into actionable insights.
• Identify and implement AI and advanced analytics use cases (trend analysis, anomaly detection, natural-language insights, reporting automation).
• Embed AI-generated insights and leading indicators into Power BI dashboards and recurring business reviews.
• Collaborate with data, IT, analytics, and vendor teams to ensure reliable integrations, solution quality, and timely delivery.
• Manage external Power BI/analytics vendors (priorities, timelines, deliverables, issue resolution, performance).
• Maintain reporting and AI governance standards (KPI definitions, data quality, access, documentation, validation, privacy, responsible use).
• Monitor dashboard usage, AI performance, user feedback, and business value; drive enhancements.
• Provide training and support to increase adoption of Power BI, self-service reporting, and AI-enabled analytics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Masters highly desirable).
• 6-8 years related experience; at least 3 years using SQL to build Power BI dashboards and query large/complex datasets (Oracle, SQL Server, and/or Amazon Redshift).
• Knowledge of syndicated national and payer/HCP commercial pharmaceutical data (Symphony, IQVIA, claims, wholesaler data).
• Demonstrated Power BI dashboard/reporting solution experience in a business environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Experience partnering with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Trade, Finance, IT, Data Management, or senior leadership.
• Strong project management; ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver on deadlines.

Pay Range: $170,000-$200,000 (USD).
