Job summary

JUST ONE is seeking a Data / Business Excellence Analyst to collect and analyze CRM and commercial data, building BI dashboards with Power BI and SQL. The role emphasizes turning complex datasets into actionable insights to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities include sales analytics, territory analysis, forecasting support and performance measurement, with a focus on data quality and governance across reporting systems.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Business Analytics, Commercial Excellence or Sales Analytics.
• Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
• Pharmaceutical sector background required.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Veeva CRM or similar).
• Strong Sales Force Effectiveness and KPIs knowledge.
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Collect, consolidate and analyze commercial, CRM and customer data from multiple sources.
• Develop, maintain and improve BI dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL and other platforms.
• Transform complex datasets into clear business insights for decisions.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, customer segmentation and KPIs.
• Monitor Sales Force Effectiveness indicators and field productivity.
• Analyze CRM performance and engagement metrics to improve omnichannel effectiveness.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical and Commercial Excellence teams to translate needs into analyses.
• Design and automate recurring reports, dashboards and KPI monitoring tools.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities through advanced data analysis.
• Present findings to senior management in a business-oriented manner.
• Support forecasting, territory analysis and incentive schemes.
• Ensure data quality and governance across reporting systems.
• Support digital transformation and automate reporting processes.
