Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is seeking a Manager, Financial and Regulatory Reporting in Colorado. You will lead the team''s change management, partner with technology and business units to automate reporting workflows, and apply data analytics to identify trends and ensure data quality across regulatory reports.

You will drive process improvements, support integration of new products into reporting frameworks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, accurate regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, CS, Data Eng or related field
• Experience in banking/financial services with knowledge of banking products
• Proficiency with SQL, Alteryx, Tableau and MS Office
• Strong data analytics to identify trends and actionable insights
• Excellent communication with management and stakeholders
• Ability to prioritize and meet critical reporting deadlines

Responsibilities

• Own change management process for the team
• Partner with tech and business to automate reporting workflows
• Use data analytics to identify trends and investigate anomalies
• Improve data quality and strengthen data governance
• Evaluate complex reporting processes and drive control/efficiency improvements
