Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Treasury Manager in Colorado to advance liquidity regulatory reporting. You will develop requirements, analyze LCR/NSFR/FR2052a, and support daily submissions while coordinating with technology partners.

Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong SQL/Excel skills, data analysis capabilities, and the ability to navigate evolving regulatory landscapes in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field.
• 4 years of related work experience in a financial organization.
• Strong SQL and Excel skills with large datasets handling.
• Regulatory reporting experience (FR 2052a, LCR, NSFR) preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to present findings.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive business requirements for liquidity regulatory reporting.
• Analyze LCR, NSFR, FR2052a reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Support daily regulatory submissions and maintain procedures.
• Validate UAT results with detailed analytical review.
• Create and optimize SQL queries; build analytical models and automation.
• Interpret data from multiple sources and recommend technical solutions.
• Identify data discrepancies and ensure timely resolution with tech partners.
• Act as treasury liaison on liquidity monitoring tools projects.
• Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Assess regulatory changes, perform gap analysis, support planning.
• Contribute to liquidity risk reporting initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with product owner on dependencies and priorities.
• Drive long-term improvements in regulatory reporting efficiency.
