Job summary

The Charles Schwab Corporation is building a new data & analytics platform to support Customer Analytics. You will create and deploy data assets used to inform business decisions and improve client experiences.

You will collaborate with data engineering and analytics teams, maintain documentation, and mentor teammates while aligning with Schwab's standards. The role emphasizes agile delivery, strong communication, and the ability to solve complex problems in distributed systems, with in-office

Qualifications

5+ years documenting business requirements and translating to dimensional data models using Erwin.
5+ years writing complex SQL and performance tuning.
3+ years building near real-time data pipelines with cloud tech (BigQuery, Airflow).
3+ years on agile teams delivering data solutions.
1+ years with omni channel customer interaction data for data models and pipelines.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to understand data needs and design dimensional schemas.
Capture, model, and document enterprise data views at multiple abstraction levels using Erwin.
Design and maintain data services and real-time pipelines with modern tech.
Partner with platform architects to meet published principles and standards.
Mentor and support the team to achieve objectives and agile delivery.
