Job summary

Charles Schwab Corporation seeks a Manager of Financial and Regulatory Reporting to lead change management, automate reporting workflows, and enhance data quality for regulatory reporting. You will partner with technology and business teams to deliver timely, accurate reports for regulators and investors.

The role requires strong analytical skills, communication with management, and the ability to prioritize multiple daily deadlines in a collaborative, on-site setting in Lone Tree, CO.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.
  • Banking or financial services experience with demonstrated knowledge of banking products.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau.
  • Demonstrated Data Analytics skills, including ability to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong Communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations to management.
  • Demonstrated Problem Solving and Decision Making skills when evaluating complex data, reporting issues, and process risks.
  • Ability to independently prioritize and manage daily responsibilities while meeting critical reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Own the team’s change management process and collaborate with technology and business teams to automate reporting workflows.
  • Use data analytics to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and improve data quality.
  • Evaluate complex reporting processes and decide on control and efficiency improvements.
  • Help integrate new products into established reporting frameworks for regulatory reporting.
  • Strengthen data governance and implement scalable solutions to support Schwab’s regulatory obligations.
