Job summary

Charles Schwab is seeking a Manager of Treasury Regulatory Reporting & Automation to design and oversee end-to-end regulatory reporting processes for CCAR and FR Y-14A. You will partner with Treasury, Technology, Data Management, and Risk teams to drive data quality and automate submissions.

The role emphasizes data governance, scalable pipelines, and accurate regulatory analytics to support strategic objectives while aligning with enterprise policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data management, regulatory reporting, or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of data architecture, data engineering concepts, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with CCAR reporting including FR Y-14A, FR Y-14M, FR Y-14Q.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for data processing and analytics.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint for reports and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, controls, and quality management.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the preparation and submission of CCAR and FR Y-14A regulatory filings.
• Define data requirements, mappings, and metric calculations for regulatory reporting.
• Establish data standards, metadata, lineage, and governance processes.
• Develop automated data pipelines, quality controls, and reconciliations.
• Analyze data quality issues and drive timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Validate reporting calculations and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with Technology to deliver data sourcing and transformation initiatives.
• Support analytical reporting, trend analysis, and scenario comparisons.
• Create and maintain process docs, controls, and governance artifacts.
• Apply project and stakeholder management to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve ops.
