Job summary

Baxter Shared Services in Omaha, NE seeks a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise data platform, BI, reporting, data governance, and analytics initiatives. You will drive the transition to an internal Microsoft Fabric environment and partner with leaders to turn data into actionable insights.

You will supervise and develop the Data & Analytics team, collaborate with stakeholders and vendors, and advance governance, security, and data quality across enterprise data assets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, data management, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, and developing analytical or technical teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Baxter Auto Group’s data and analytics roadmap.
• Establish and manage the data warehouse, analytics environment, and reporting ecosystem.
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, ingestion, transformation, storage, security, and performance standards.
