Job summary

Baxter Shared Services is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise data platform, BI, and analytics initiatives. You will oversee governance, security, and scalable reporting while partnering with executives to drive data-driven decision making.

The role requires hands-on ownership of transitioning to a Microsoft Fabric environment, developing a team, and delivering end-to-end analytics solutions that improve operational and financial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Five or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, data management, or a related discipline.
• Experience supervising, mentoring, and developing analytical teams.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of Baxter Auto Group’s data and analytics roadmap.
• Establish and manage the data warehouse, analytics environment, business intelligence tools, reporting ecosystem, and supporting roadmap.
• Guide the transition of data pipelines, business logic, and reporting to Baxter-managed infrastructure while maintaining continuity of critical business reporting.
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, ingestion, transformation, storage, security, and performance standards.
• Establish and maintain data governance standards, including definitions, mappings, access controls, documentation, lineage, retention, data quality, and exception management.
• Translate complex analytics findings into clear business insights and actions for leaders at all levels.
• Develop team standards, procedures, documentation, and cross-training to support continuity.
