FFF Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Business Analytics to lead the enterprise analytics and data platform strategy, delivering scalable insights via Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks for Sales, Finance, Warehouse Operations, and Customer Service.

The role partners with Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI/ML, and IT to implement governed semantic models and enterprise data products, driving adoption and measurable outcomes across the business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or four years of related experience in lieu of degree.
• Eight+ years of BI/analytics experience with leadership.
• Experience with enterprise Power BI environments and governance.
• Strong collaboration with Data Engineering, Governance, and IT.

Responsibilities

• Lead the analytics strategy and roadmap for Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.
• Establish platform standards, governance, and delivery priorities.
• Promote governed self-service analytics with semantic models and data products.
• Partner with Data Engineering on lakehouse patterns and data quality.
• Define and manage departmental goals and KPIs.
• Align analytics roadmaps across business and technology teams.
