Job summary

FFF Enterprises seeks a Manager, Business Analytics to lead enterprise analytics, reporting, and data platform initiatives. You will maximize value from Power BI, Fabric, Databricks, and governed data products to deliver scalable analytics and trusted insights.

You will partner with Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI/ML, and IT to establish a modern analytics operating model supporting Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Finance, or related field.
• Deep knowledge of Power BI governance, semantic models, and deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Fabric, Databricks, Unity Catalog, and lakehouse concepts.
• Experience 8+ years in BI/analytics, 3+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise analytics strategy and roadmap for Power BI, Fabric, and Databricks.
• Establish platform standards, governance, and delivery priorities.
• Promote governed self-service analytics with semantic models and data products.
• Partner with Data Engineering on lakehouse patterns and data quality.
• Define and manage department goals and KPIs aligned with analytics objectives.
• Align analytics roadmaps with business and technology priorities.
