Job summary

Baxter International Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sr Data Architect to design and implement enterprise data architectures, pipelines, and data models that power analytics and decision-making across the organization.

The role requires strong expertise in SQL, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and data governance. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable secure, scalable data access and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in data modeling or data warehousing with SQL and ETL/ELT exposure.
• Experience with AWS/Azure and data architecture principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise data architectures and data pipelines.
• Create and maintain data models for enterprise databases.
• Advise data engineers on best practices for data pipelines.
