Neptune Technology Group Inc. seeks an Enterprise Data Practice Manager to build and lead the data & analytics practice across the business, enabling data-driven decisions by executives, data stewards, data scientists, and analysts.

You will oversee data lifecycle management, governance, quality, and security, partner with cross-functional teams, and drive data integration, reporting, and advanced analytics initiatives to deliver measurable business value.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data workstreams in large-scale digital transformations.
• Strong understanding of data administration, governance, and quality.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT and business units.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record delivering data initiatives on time and within budget.
• Experience with SAP ERP and cloud platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead Neptune's data & analytics practice.
• Oversee data lifecycle, governance, quality, and security.
• Support project delivery with data management processes.
• Lead a team of data analysts and data scientists.
• Collaborate with Sales, PMO, Finance, Services, Marketing, and SW teams.
• Present tailored data solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Monitor data systems performance and drive improvements.
• Ensure compliance with legal and company standards.
