OMNIA Partners in Franklin, TN seeks a Director to lead Data Governance & Analytics and to build the governance framework that underpins all analytical assets. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the Reporting & Analytics team and governing data quality, definitions and ownership.

You will drive enterprise KPI framework, dashboards and executive scorecards, while coordinating with technology leadership to implement a practical, phased data governance program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 7+ years in data governance, data management, analytics or BI.
• Experience leading a team or workstream; formal management preferred.
• Familiarity with DAMA-DMBOK or data catalog tooling is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Reporting & Analytics team to deliver enterprise dashboards and executive scorecards.
• Establish data governance foundation with ownership, lineage and quality.
• Define data domains, steward networks, and accountability.
• Develop semantic layer and metadata management in Snowflake; manage data definitions.
• Partner with stakeholders to drive pragmatic governance adoption and deliver measurable value.
