Job summary

Baxter Auto Group is seeking a Manager, Data & Analytics to lead the enterprise data platform, BI, and analytics initiatives. This on-site role in Omaha will oversee governance, pipelines, and dashboards, driving data-driven decisions across leadership and operations.

The role partners with executives to transform data into actionable insights, manage a team, and advance AI-enabled analytics while ensuring data quality and security across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Five+ years in BI, analytics, or data management.
• Experience supervising analytics teams.
• Experience with enterprise data platforms and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of Baxter Auto Group's data and analytics roadmap.
• Establish and manage the data warehouse, analytics environment, and reporting ecosystem.
• Oversee data architecture, modeling, ingestion, transformation, storage, and security.
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of enterprise data and reporting for leadership.
• Translate complex analytics into clear business insights and actions.
