Qualifications

• 3+ years of successful B2B outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person college/university.
• Track record of commitment to prior employers.
• Proven record of exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in client management and post-sale service.
• Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory driving record/abstract check required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by promoting the value of our product.
• Effectively manage and expand your portfolio of clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth.
• Develop expertise in CoStar’s products and the commercial real estate market.
• Leverage your expertise through the full sales cycle.
• Conduct in-person meetings and deliver product demos.
• Represent CoStar at industry events and cultivate relationships.
