Job summary

Expert Technology Services in Durham, NC seeks a Data Analyst IT III to support a major HR systems migration from PeopleSoft to Workday. You will develop and maintain Workday reports, validate analytics for HR needs, and ensure data integrity between the systems.

The role requires configuring Workday security, managing data access permissions, and collaborating with HR stakeholders and Accenture through the project and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting and Workday security configuration.
• Experience with Workday Prism Analytics (preferred).
• Experience with PeopleSoft-to-Workday migrations (preferred).
• Strong data analytics and reconciliation skills for HR system migrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.

• Deliver polished analytics updates and status reports to executive leadership.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve data mismatches and reporting anomalies.
• Apply 2+ years of hands-on experience in Workday reporting and Workday security configuration.
• Utilize strong data analytics and reconciliation skills, especially during HR system migrations.
• Leverage effective stakeholder management and executive communication abilities.
• (Preferred) Experience with Workday Prism Analytics and previous PeopleSoft-to-Workday migrations.
• Demonstrate high attention to detail and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced transformation project environment.
