Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an analytically driven role.
• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, Python, or other scripting languages.
• Familiarity with data mining, data visualization, and foundational statistical modeling.

Responsibilities

• Derive insights to optimize product, risk, or growth strategies across geographies.
• Monitor portfolio health by tracking performance metrics and macro trends.
• Write SQL and Python for scalable reporting and support ML/risk model deployment.
• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Compliance to translate regulations into data models and policies.
• Support launches and market entries to align with capabilities and risk appetite.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate data mining while verifying outputs.
