Job summary

Blueprint Technologies, based in Bellevue, WA, seeks a Sales Director to lead the Data & AI Solutions business. You will create enterprise opportunities, deepen relationships, and drive net-new growth across strategic accounts and partner ecosystems.

You will own the sales motion end-to-end, shape the pursuit strategy, and collaborate with delivery, marketing, and executives to translate business problems into measurable outcomes. Hybrid work with office days.

Qualifications

• Seven to ten years of enterprise technology or consulting sales experience.
• Experience selling data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation work.
• Proven ability to develop net-new enterprise business and expand strategic accounts.
• Strong discovery, qualification, and forecast management skills.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and nontechnical buyers.

Responsibilities

• Own the overall sales strategy for Data & AI Solutions, including growth priorities and pipeline development.
• Develop executive relationships across data, AI, analytics, and business leaders.
• Create account-specific value propositions and statements of work with measurable business impact.
• Collaborate across solution architects, delivery leaders, and executives to drive opportunities.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline across early-stage opportunities, renewals, and expansions.
