Job summary

Blueprint Technologies in Bellevue, WA, is hiring a Sales Director to own the growth of our Data & AI Solutions business. You will create net-new enterprise opportunities, deepen existing relationships, and build durable accounts that scale over time.

The role requires leading the commercial sales motion, developing account-specific value, and coordinating with partners and delivery teams to ensure measurable business impact. Hybrid work in Bellevue preferred.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in enterprise technology, consulting, or professional services sales.
• Proven success selling data, analytics, AI, or cloud transformation.
• Strong discovery, qualification, value articulation, account planning, and forecast management.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuits with solution architects, delivery leaders, marketing, partners, and executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the overall sales strategy for Blueprint's Data & AI Solutions.
• Develop executive relationships with data, AI, analytics, technology, finance, and business leaders.
• Identify opportunities across data modernization, Databricks and cloud migration, governance, analytics, and AI.
• Lead discovery to clarify business problems, priorities, budget, and path to action.
• Create account-specific value propositions, proposals, and statements of work.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurate CRM data.
• Partner with Databricks and other providers on co-selling and GTM motions.
• Support handover to delivery and demonstrate ongoing value to customers.
