Job summary

Databricks Inc. seeks a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) to drive growth with strategic customers in a hybrid technical and commercial role. You will lead post-sale technical strategy, coordinate multiple teams, and ensure successful adoption and production onboarding of Databricks workloads.

You will engage executives, manage cross-team plans, and push for value realization across workloads, with travel up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

5+ years accountable for technical project / program delivery in Data & AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, customer success, or consulting role.
Understanding of solution architecture related distributed data systems.
Understanding of how to attribute business value and outcomes to project deliverables.
Technical program or project management with stakeholder and resource management accountability.

Responsibilities

Lead post-technical win strategy and execution across major use cases for strategic accounts.
Be the accountable technical leader across Databricks products for assigned use cases.
Serve as first contact for technical issues related to production/go-live status of use cases.
Coordinate with Shared Services, User Education, Onboarding/PS to build tasks beyond scope or expertise.
Develop plans for production acceleration and coordinate with Professional Services for engagement proposals.
Navigate product engineering for new features and private previews, upgrades as needed.
Create execution plans covering all activities of customer-facing technical teams.
