Job summary

Thoughtworks is seeking a strategic GTM marketing partner for the Data & AI leadership to own portfolio marketing, drive market insights, and shape differentiated propositions aligned with business priorities.

You will work across Data, AI, and Agentic AI capabilities, collaborating with Sales, Content and Campaign Strategists to create compelling messaging and enablement that accelerates opportunities and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience marketing Data, AI, cloud or other complex tech propositions to business buyers.
• Proven ability to market to C-suite and senior executives.
• Translate complex Data & AI capabilities into credible business outcomes with differentiated messaging.
• AI-first strategic mindset with practical use of generative AI for research and output.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging and market narrative for Data & AI portfolio.
• Identify target buyers, use cases and GTM motions with Data & AI leadership and Sales.
• Synthesize market trends, competitive intel and client evidence to sharpen propositions.
• Collaborate with Content to shape messaging maps and thought leadership.
• Support cross-service line portfolio positioning and corporate messaging.
• Own Data & AI website positioning and content, align with GTM motions.
• Create messaging, campaign briefs and reusable enablement materials.
• Develop engagement offers (assessments, workshops, demos) with leaders and strategists.
• Shape priority GTM motions with campaign strategists and mobilize Global Campaigns, Field, Partner Marketing and more.
• Use AI tools for research, creation, adaptation and analysis, ensuring accuracy and brand fit.
• Set day-to-day priorities for the Data & AI GTM Associate Marketer and delegate as needed.
• Refine propositions using Sales feedback and campaign analytics to drive qualified opportunities.
