Job summary

Thought Logic Consulting is seeking a Senior Director, Data & AI GTM Lead to own the go-to-market engine for a growing Data & AI practice in Dallas. You will drive revenue, shape market strategies, and build partnerships with clients and vendors, while leading a team and maintaining delivery credibility on strategic accounts.

You will lead multi-million dollar pursuits, craft compelling value propositions, and mentor a growing GTM team to ensure alignment between sales and delivery.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in consulting, with at least 5 years in data & analytics.
• Proven track record managing $6M-$10M+ in practice revenue.
• Direct experience leading complex B2B sales cycles in professional services.
• History of building or scaling a go-to-market function.
• Strong communication and executive relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and pipeline management with accountability for multi-million-dollar deals.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and solutioning, translating vision into executable market actions and value propositions.
• Represent the practice in market presence activities through speaking engagements and executive briefings.
• Build and mentor a go-to-market team and align marketplace offerings with delivery.
• Maintain client-facing credibility through selective delivery engagements (20-40% billable) and advisory roles on strategic accounts.
