Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Data & Intelligence Go-to-Market Lead for a major Seattle-based account. You will build a high-performing GTM team and own the growth strategy for Slalom’s data and AI offerings—fostering an inclusive, entrepreneurial culture that attracts top talent in data and AI.

You will collaborate with technology partners and client teams to identify high-impact opportunities, drive sales, and elevate Slalom’s GTM presence.

Qualifications

• Prior Consulting Experience: Managed / IT Consulting experience is required
• Inspirational Leadership: Demonstrate strategic and critical thinking that aligns with market needs to drive Data and Intelligence sales
• Proactive GTM Mentality: Build relationships and actively seek opportunities to expand the sales pipeline, partnering with sales/client partners to generate leads
• Growth Mindset: Act as an external speaker at events, engaging with customer CXOs as a credible and confident peer
• Collaboration: Exhibit strong collaborative skills across different teams and organizations to drive Data and Intelligence sales and customer-focused strategies
• Technical Excellence: Be an excellent technical leader with experience solutioning and delivering with our partners: Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Microsoft, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Dbt , Fivetran , Matillion and Dataiku.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data and Intelligence GTM strategy for a major Seattle account
• Build and lead a high-performing GTM team
• Collaborate with partners and client teams to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Position Slalom as a trusted innovation partner across the account
• Contribute to regional capability strategies and market-facing events
• Mentor practitioners and support delivery in market pursuits and outcomes
