Job summary

Playfly Sports in Dallas, Texas is seeking an Account Executive to join our on-site team. You will act as the primary liaison between our current client base and Atlético Dallas, driving revenue through season, group, and premium ticket sales.

Daily activities include outbound calls, on-site presentations, stadium tours, and service to season-ticket members, with a focus on building relationships, meeting sales goals, and expanding the client base.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• Experience with ticketing software and CRM program preferred.
• Previous customer service or retail sales experience with a genuine desire to help people.
• Computer proficient (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook) and detail oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and listening skills.
• Ability to work well with others and comfortable taking initiative.
• Commitment to collaboration, flexibility, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to work nights and weekends when needed.
• Ticketing software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell season, group, premium, partial/mini‑plan, and single‑game tickets.
• Conduct stadium tours and on-site presentations; outbound calls and inbound service.
• Meet or exceed sales goals while delivering superior customer service.
• Grow the sales portfolio by attracting new business leads.
• Manage a large account base of premium seating and group sales.
• Service existing season-ticket members and process upgrades.
• Set arena-tour appointments to grow relationships and revenue.
• Maintain prospects and customer records in the ticketing database.
• Make a minimum of 30 fan connections daily.
• Contact local businesses and individuals to sell tickets.
