Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of prior sales experience (sports/related industry preferred).
• Strong time-management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a high volume of prospects.
• Positive, team-focused attitude with a strong competitive drive to succeed.
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for conducting sales calls and contributing in team settings.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and/or Ticketmaster Archtics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive the sale of PSLs and season tickets by engaging leads through phone and in-person appointments.
• Educate potential buyers on seating options, pricing tiers, and member benefits.
• Manage a diverse sales pipeline using CRM to ensure efficient follow-ups.
• Meet and exceed sales metrics (revenue & total seats sold) to achieve individual and team goals.
• Attend and actively participate in ticketing meetings, providing feedback to the sales staff and contributing to team initiatives.
• Strive to become a top producer on the ticket sales team, taking on new responsibilities as opportunities arise.
• Consistently hit or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales objectives.
