Babich & Associates seeks an experienced Staffing Sales / Business Development Manager to lead its Dallas operation. This is an individual-contributor role for someone with a strong background in IT staffing or Finance & Accounting staffing sales and established Dallas-Fort Worth market presence.

The successful candidate will inherit a one-person office with substantial recruiting support and will have the opportunity to grow the business and eventually build and manage a larger Dallas office.

Formación

• 6 to 8 years of staffing sales experience.
• Established experience selling staffing services in the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Background in IT staffing or Finance & Accounting staffing.
• Proven ability to develop business and operate as an independent contributor.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and grow staffing business throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
• Build relationships with new and existing client companies.
• Generate staffing opportunities within IT or Finance & Accounting.
• Work closely with recruiting resources to fill client requirements.
• Grow the Dallas operation and potentially build and manage a larger office over time.
