Virtane Global in Dallas seeks a founder-minded leader to run the IT staffing office in person. You will manage a small team, carry your own desk with a sales tilt, and chart a path to a much bigger operation.

You’ll hire, coach, and retain recruiters and sellers, own the client strategy, optimize margins on contract placements, and drive long-term revenue growth while maintaining a client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing IT staffing teams with direct reports
• Deep contract staffing knowledge: deal structure, margins, KPIs
• Proven record of opening and growing accounts
• Willingness to build something bigger than a single desk
• Experience recruiting for ERP, cloud or emerging tech

• Lead the Dallas office, in person
• Carry your own desk, weighted toward sales
• Build, coach and keep a team of recruiters and sellers
• Your billing tapers as the office grows

• Leadership in IT staffing, with direct reports or real experience coaching a team
• Contract staffing depth, not just direct hire: deal structure, margin, compliance and the KPIs that run a contract desk
• A record of opening and growing accounts
