Commonwealth Insurance seeks a Territory Manager to lead growth in Dallas and surrounding markets. You will cultivate agency partnerships, present product benefits, and drive premium with both existing and new agencies.

The role demands strong relationship-building, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. You will travel across the Dallas area, conduct training and sales presentations, and coordinate with underwriting, licensing, claims, marketing, and customer service to deliver

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance sales or territory management.
• Strong knowledge of the Texas independent agency market.
• Ability to build lasting business relationships.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms (Zoho preferred), Excel, Power BI.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Dallas area.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with independent insurance agencies in your territory.
• Grow premium by increasing production with existing partners and adding new agencies.
• Explain products, underwriting appetite, and competitive advantages.
• Conduct agency visits, product training, and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with underwriting, licensing, claims, marketing, and customer service.
• Use Zoho CRM to document activity and manage territory plan.
• Analyze production trends and agency performance for growth.
• Stay informed on market conditions and industry trends.
• Represent Commonwealth at trade shows and events.
• Plan strategically and execute on commitments.
