Job summary

PURE Insurance is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States, Texas region. You will develop business with a defined broker set, conduct regular meetings, onboard new brokers, and implement strategies to increase profitable production.

The role requires travel within the territory and collaboration with underwriting and senior leadership to drive growth. Qualifications include 5+ years in personal lines P&C sales/marketing, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and strong relationship-building

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personal lines property and casualty insurance experience in sales, marketing, or underwriting.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Frequent travel within assigned territory; overnight travel may be required.
• Experience working with high-net-worth clients preferred.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; able to influence and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business development partner for a defined set of brokers.
• Conduct meetings and calls to execute plans, measure progress, and hit KPIs.
• Identify, appoint, and onboard new brokers; increase production.
• Proactively manage underperforming brokers and grow partnerships with COIs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on regional growth and profit planning.
