Job summary

Orion180 Insurance Services LLC in Irving, Texas invites a results-driven Territory Manager to grow our independent agency network across the states we serve. You’ll recruit, onboard, and nurture strong relationships with agents and decision-makers to drive premium and policy counts.

This on-site role requires deep knowledge of P&C insurance, effective communication, and the ability to travel up to 25%. You’ll collaborate with underwriting and customer service, deliver insightful Excel reports,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Active P&C license required, or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Familiarity with underwriting guidelines and processes preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships with agents and decision-makers.
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% and work after hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding by partnering with the Onboarding Team to integrate new agencies.
• Drive growth by promoting Orion180 products to independent agencies.
• Build and maintain high-impact relationships with decision-makers and staff.
• Communicate clearly in verbal and written form, including webinars and meetings.
• Provide guidance on underwriting guidelines, appetite, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Underwriting to resolve issues.
• Create and interpret Excel-based reports to track performance metrics.
• Stay informed about market conditions, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.
• Analyze territory performance and assist leadership with improvements.
