You will identify decision makers, present tailored insurance solutions, and meet sales targets through a combination of new business acquisition and agency support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of field sales experience with a proven track record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales technologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Initiate contact with independent agencies within territory.
• Identify decision makers and key contacts.
• Generate revenue by meeting sales targets and acquiring new business.
• Conduct 16–20 in-person sales calls per week, each about an hour.
• Maintain accurate records in the calendar and document visits within 24 hours.
• Travel up to 50% within the Dallas–Fort Worth area.
• Develop tailored insurance solutions for agencies.
