Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in food/dairy science or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in research and/or product development.
- Cultured dairy products manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and dairy component understanding.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
- Senior/Principal track available based on experience.
Responsibilities
- Work in production and pilot plant locations.
- Develop defined work plans, conduct experiments, and write reports.
- Plan and conduct scale-up trials at a customer’s request or for product development.
- Commercialize prototypes and collaborate with R&D, operations, marketing, and customers.
- Identify and implement new ingredients and manufacturing technologies.
