Schreiber Foods, Inc. seeks a visionary Vice President of US Research and Development to shape strategic plans and lead our R&D teams. You will direct product development, ingredients, and process optimization to boost shareholder value through new profit streams.

The role is based at our Green Bay, WI corporate office with relocation support and opportunities to collaborate with industry partners, universities, and sensory labs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Food/Dairy Science or related field required.
• 15+ years of experience in Research & Innovation.
• 5+ years of research management experience.
• Project Management, Problem Solving, Decision Making, Process Excellence.
• Knowledge of patent and regulatory affairs; interaction with external agencies.
• Travel up to 25% could be required.

Aufgaben

• Direct strategy and develop roadmaps for all US R&D programs, including product development, ingredient research, process and tech development.
• Represent R&D with commercial, customers, supply chain, suppliers and operations.
• Oversee product project management and ensure priorities are met.
• Identify and generate new R&D ideas and technologies.
• Oversee research conducted in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Protect trade secrets and maintain competitive advantage; own partner development activities.
